Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase. No refunds will be provided after you have completed more than 25 percent of a course or workshop.

We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect any purchases already completed but may apply to renewals or future purchases.
7. Workshop Participation
7.1 Enrollment
Enrollment in workshops and courses is subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule workshops at any time, in which case you will be notified and offered a full refund or transfer to another session.
7.2 Participation Requirements
You are expected to participate actively and respectfully in workshops and courses. Failure to meet minimum participation requirements may result in forfeiture of access without refund.
7.3 Certification
Certificates of completion are awarded based on successful completion of course requirements. Certificates are issued in digital format and reflect your achievement at the time of completion.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to our collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Third-Party Links and Services
